About Us

Julia Huebner

Founder / CEO

I'm Julia, a third-generation entrepreneur from Chicago.

My grandpa founded a metal locker manufacturing company, my dad co-founded a financial services firm, and my mom co-founded a specialty food brand.

This stuff runs in my blood!

I started my career at Steelcase, a global B2B office furniture manufacturer, drawn to their mission to build products that help people do their best work.

After relocating to Grand Rapids, Michigan, I rotated through product development, R&D, and global corporate strategy, then served as chief of staff for a turnaround of the company's small business brand.

I later moved to Munich to lead post-merger integration for a manufacturing acquisition with $15M in sales. There, I rediscovered my love for growing businesses.

I went on to Harvard Business School to sharpen my leadership and finance toolkit. At graduation, I was anonymously nominated for the J. Leslie Rollins Award for supporting my classmates and community.

Today, I volunteer as an advisor for lot21, an environmental nonprofit, after serving on its Board of Direction from 2023-26.

Outside of work, I cook, travel, and spend time with family.
